PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr.
Campbell has over 26 years experience in polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB)
investigations / mitigations, hazardous-waste management, and hazardous
material spill responses. This
experience includes: NEPA environmental
assessment and environmental impact statement field work; meteorological and
air chemistry monitoring; site selection criteria; site access negotiation;
site installation and start-up; stack sampling; ambient air quality monitoring;
air pollution forecasting and interagency coordination; air dispersion
modeling; technical editing: site liability assessments / property audits
(Phases I, II, and III using ASTM standard); health and safety course
instruction; air quality (including indoor) training; environmental sampling
design; PCB course instruction; 24-hour on-site response to potential and
actual PCB spills; current and historical air photo interpretation; emergency
lab analyses and on-site spill cleanup; and thorough familiarity with various
state and Federal Regulations (TSCA, SARA, and RCRA).
